门控心肌单光子断层显像的临床价值

摘要 门控心肌SPECT 显像是近年来发展起来的一项新的放射性核素显像技术,可以同时估价心肌血流灌注、局部室壁运动和心室功能。它可以通过估价室壁运动来鉴别不可逆性心肌灌注异常和软组织衰减伪影。一些临床研究显示,门控心肌断层显像比常规(或非门控)心肌断层显像检测冠心病的特异性更高,可以准确地估价在心室的局部室壁运动。门控心肌SPECT显像测定的射血分数EF的可靠性已得到了许多临床研究的证实。 The gated myocardial single photon emission computed to-mography (SPECT) is a new radionuclide imaging technique. The gated myocardial SPECT provides simultaneous evaluation of regional myocardial perfusion, left ventricular segmental and global contrac-tility. Gated SPECT is helpful for the dif-ferentiation of irreversible myocardial perfusion abnormalities from regional myocardial hypoperfusion due to soft tis-sue photon attenuation artifacts. Gate myocardial SPECT improves specif icity of myocardial perfusion imaging for the de-tection of coronary artery disease. Sev-eral studies have demonstrated that gated myocardial SPECT can accurately as-sess the regional wall motion. The accu-racy of left ventricular ejection fraction estimated by gated SPECT is reliable.
