摘要
目的：比较平消胶囊合并化疗与单用化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌。在疗效、毒副作用及生活质量方面的差异。方法：将６８例患者随机分为两组：治疗组用平消胶囊合并ＭＶＰ（丝裂霉素、长春地辛、顺铂）方案化疗；对照组单用ＭＶＰ方案化疗。结果：治疗组总有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）为５５．９％高于对照组４４．１％；治疗组生活质量较对照组有明显提高。结论：平消胶囊合并化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌使疗效提高，减轻化疗的毒副使用，患者生活质量得到改善。
ABSTRACT Objective:To determine distinctions in effect
of treatment,toxicity and side—effect,
life-quality of canelim capsule combined with chemiotherapy and single chemothe
rapy in treating
non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:68 Cases were
divided into two groups at random.Treatment group were treated by Canelim comb
ined with MVP.The controled group were treated by single
MVP.Results:
55.9% cases of treatment group are effective
beyond the controled group(44.1%).Toxicity and
side-effect of treatment group is lower than in
control group.Life-guality of treatment group is
better obviously than in control group.Conclusion:
It has good effect,low toxicity and side-effect,and
high life-guality that canelim combined with
chemiotherapy treats Non-small cell cancer.
