“灵宝”冲剂促进儿童智能发育的研究

A STUDY OF LINGBAO SOLUBLE PREPARATION PROMOTING CHILDREN’S INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT

目的：为了探讨中药促进儿音智能发育的效应，自拟“灵宝”冲剂，进行临床观察。方法：将２３６例智力迟钝儿，随机分为治疗组１２８例，对照组１０８例，治疗组服“灵宝”冲剂，对照组服安慰剂，进行双盲试验。智力测验方法用用国际通用、中国修订的《中国—韦氏儿童智力量表》，以智商作为指标。结果：１个疗程后，治疗组的总智商和言语商、操作商，均有明显提高，而对照组前后无变化，两组差异显著；疗效等级中，治疗组显效率明显高于对照组，Ｐ＜０．０５。结论：认为采用健脾益类中药。

ABSTRACT Objective : In order to observe the promoting effect of the traditiona l Chinese medicine on children’s intellectual development,Ling Bao soluble prep aration was designed and experimented clinically. Method:236 men tal retardation ch ildren were randomized into two groups. Group A with 128 cases was given Ling Ba o soluble preparation and group B having 108 cases was offered placcbo,both unde r double blind test.Intelligence test was measured based on the Wechsler Intellig ence Scale for Children (WISC),which is used currently inside and outside .Intel ligence quotient (IQ)as an index is used in the whole observation.Result :After a course of treatment, group A appeared a kind of significant rising in general intelligence quotient (IQ),speech quotient (SQ)and operation quotient (DQ),but g roup B showed no difference before and after treatment.There was remarkable diff erence between group A and group B.The curative effect grade indicated that grou p A was much higher than group B (P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the traditional Chi nese medicine which can fortify the spleen and boosting qi,may promote intellect u al development of mental retardation children and the margin of safety is wider . KEY WORDS Intelligence;Mental retardat ion;Fortifying the spleen and boosting qi;Lingbao soluble preparation
