摘要
目的：探讨前列腺增生（ＢＰＨ）的理想术式。方法：采用Ｍａｄｉｇａｎ前列腺切除术３０例。结果：手术止血彻底，术后恢复快、痛苦轻、并发症少，随访３～２６月疗效满意。结论：Ｍａｄｉｇａｎ前列腺切除术是治疗ＢＰＨ较为理想的开放术式。
ABSTRACT Objective: To search
of an ideal way of surgical operation for treat-
ment of BPH, Methods: 30 cases of BPH were treated with Madigan`
s prostatectomy.
Resu1ts:Hemostused thoroughly, quick recovery, Less pain, few c
omplication and
the effect was satistactory with a period of 3～26 moths, following up.
conclusion:Madinga’s Prostatectory is an ideal surgical procedure for t
he treatment of BPH.
