摘要
目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者静脉应用化疗药物外渗的相关因素,并提出预防措施。方法对2008年1月至2010年1月收治的1214例恶性肿瘤患者静脉应用化疗药物的情况进行回顾性分析。结果 1214例患者静脉应用化疗药物时发生药物外渗45例,其中与护理方面有关22例,占48.89%;与药物方面有关15例,占33.33%;与患者自身有关8例,占17.78%。结论恶性肿瘤患者静脉应用化疗药物发生外渗的主要原因为护理因素,提出应加强护士风险防范意识及责任心的培养,加强护士业务技术的培训,同时不可忽视患者的健康教育等预防对策。
Objective： To figure out the reason of extravasation of chemotherapy drugs on patients with cancer and forward the prevention measures. Methods： 1214 patients with cancer who used chemotherapy drugs by vein were analyzed. Results： There were 45 patients of the 1214 patients with cancer got extravasafion of chemotherapy drugs. 22 patients （48.89%） who got the extravasation were because of the nursing issues, 15 patients （33.33%） were because of the drugs, and 8 patients （17.78%） were because of themselves. Conclusion： The major reason of the extravasation of chemotherapy drugs on patients with cancer was nursing issue. There were a few prevention measures, including enhance nurses＇ risk prevention, responsibility, and skills training. Health education was important as well.
