“一对一”护理预防产妇起床排尿发生晕厥的效果

The Effect of "One nurse to one patient" on Preventing Puerpera's Syncope While Micturating

目的探讨"一对一"护理对预防产妇产后下床排尿发生晕厥的影响。方法将2010年4～6月分娩的107例产妇作为对照组,2010年7～9月分娩的130例产妇作为实验组。实验组给予"一对一"的护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较2组产妇的晕厥和跌倒发生率。结果 2组产妇跌倒发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组低于对照组;2组产妇晕厥发生率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组低于对照组。结论 "一对一"的护理可降低产妇发生晕厥、跌倒的危险。

Objective： To figure out the effect of ＂One nurse to one patient＂ on preventing puerpera＇s syncope while micturating. Methods： 107 puerperas who delivered from April to June in 2010 were control group, while 130 puerperas who delivered from July to September in 2010 were intervention group. ＂One nurse to one patient＂ was conducted in intervention group and regular measures were conducted in the control group. The rate of syncope and fall-out were compared with the two groups. Results： The rate of syncope and fall-out in the intervention were lower than that of the control group （io〈0.05）. Conclusion： ＂One nurse to one patient＂ measure could help decrease the risk of syncope and fall-out in puerperas.
