家庭随访对肠造口患者生活质量的影响

The quality of life in the family visit of colostomy patients

目的探讨家庭随访对肠造口患者生活质量的影响。方法将72例肠造口患者分为随访组及对照组,随访组患者于出院后1周、1月、3月、半年、1年进行电话及家庭的访视,对照组仅予常规出院指导。通过问卷调查观察两组患者生活质量量表得分情况以评价两组患者的生活质量。结果 1年后随访组在生活质量问卷调查中得分高于对照组,患者参加社交活动,与同事、家人交流沟通畅顺,生活质量优于对照组,两组比较有差异性(P<0.05)。随访组出院后造口周围皮肤问题,造口狭窄回缩并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较有差异性(P<0.05)。结论家庭随访可以帮助患者解决出院后护理支持不足和自我保健知识缺乏的问题,可以避免从医院过渡到家庭出现脱节,减少造口并发症的发生,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the quality of life in the family visit of colostomy patients. Methods：72 cases of colostomy patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly. Intervention group patients were followed up 1 week after discharge, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year in telephone and family visit, while the control group only received routine discharge guidance. To observe the quality of life of two groups though the questionnaires. Results： After 1 year the follow-up group in the quality of life questionnaire score was higher than the control group , because smoother participate in social activities and communicate with colleagues, family. Quality of life was significantly better than the control group .There was significant difference （P〈0.05）. In follow-up group after discharge, the incidence of complications of skin problems around stoma and stoma stenosis retraction were lower than control group. Two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The family visit can help the patients to solve follow-up care after discharge. Telephone and family visit can help the patients to resolve the lack of knowledge of seff-eare issues, avoid the gap of transition from the hospital to home, reduce the incidence of stoma complications, and improve the quality of the patients life.
