摘要
历来高校大学生被害备受社会各界关注,因为大学生是国家的栋梁与未来,肩负着建设国家的历史重任。随着社会的高速发展和剧烈转型,各种刑事案件数量在不断增加,大学生刑事被害事件接踵而至。那么,什么是大学生刑事被害,大学生刑事被害的表现形式、特征有哪些,大学生刑事被害如何预防,被侵害后如何维权等相关问题,我们在此作了一些思考,以期对大学生及关注大学生的人们提供一些有益参考。
It is found that the criminal sufferings related to undergraduates have aroused social concern in recent years.This paper studies the forms,features and contents of those cases as well as the college students＇ prevention of criminal sufferings and the safeguarding of rights.
