甘草和白芨对抗雷公藤所致胃粘膜刺激及免疫抑制作用的实验研究 被引量:22

摘要 为了考察复方雷公藤片中的甘草、白芨是否具有对抗雷公藤毒性(包括对胸腺抑制及其对胃粘膜刺激)的作用。以适量的甘草、白芨与雷公藤组成复方,选SD大鼠分成对照组、单方组、复方组分别给药。实验研究发现,复方组用药能够对抗雷公藤的免疫抑制,减少其对胃肠粘膜的刺激。提示临床使用雷公藤时可伍用甘草和白芨,以降低其毒副作用。 In order to investigate whether Bletilla striata and Glycyrrhiza glabra in the Tripterygium xvilfordii compound tablet could antagonize the toxicity of Tripterygium xvilfordii, including inhibition of thymus gland and gastric mucosal stimulation. Tripterygium xvilfordii compound, Bletilla striata , Glycyrrhiza glabra , and Tripterygium xvilfordii were orally received by the four experimental groups composed of SD rats, respectively, the controlled group received the normal saline solution. The results, which showed that Tripterygium xvilfordii compound produced significantly immunosuppression, reducing gastric mucosal stimulation, indicated that Tripterygium xvilfordii was more adequate to be used for clinic due to its slight adverse reactions.
