摘要
本文建立了纺织品助剂中23种有机氯载体的气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)测定方法。纺织助剂中的有机氯载体通过正己烷两次超声提取,经弗罗里硅土萃取柱净化并用20mL正己烷/二氯甲烷(1/1,v/v)混合溶剂洗脱,最后采用GC-MS程序升温方式进行分析测定。结果表明该方法对23种有机氯载体的回收率为73%～98%,相对标准偏差为2.8%～8.5%,方法检测限仅为0.70μg/kg～1.77μg/kg。该法检出限低、准确度和精密度高,适用于纺织助剂中有机氯载体的分析检测。
A method for the determination of organo-chloride carriers in textile auxiliaries by using GC-MS together with solid phase extraction was established. The method has been successfully used to determine 23 organo-chloride carriers in textile auxiliaries with a recovery of 73%-98%, a relative standard deviation （RSD） of 2.8% - 8.5% and a detection limit of 0.70μg/kg-1.77μg/kg, indicating that our method has a lower detection limit, good accuracy and high precision.
