气相色谱——质谱联用法测定纺织品中多氯联苯残留量的不确定度评定

The Uncertainty Assess of Determination of Residual PCBS in Textiles with GC/MS

本文依据GB/T20387-2006《纺织品—多氯联苯残留量的测定》方法,对纺织品中多氯联苯残留量的测量不确定度的来源进行分析。以2、4、5-三氯联苯为分析对象,对测试过程中引入的不确定度各个分量进行了评定与合成。当2、4、5—三氯联苯测定结果为0.506mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.036mg/kg,并给出了检测结果不确定度表达式。

This paper according to GB/T 20387-2006 〈textiles determination of residual PCBS〉, the source of measurement uncertainty of residual PCBS in textiles were analyzed. By the standard material （2, 4, 5-trichlorobiphenyl） analyzed, the uncertaint factors of testing process were evaluated and synthesized. When the result for the determination 2, 4, 5-trichlorobiphenyl was 0.506 mg/kg, the expanded uncertainty was 0.036 mg/kg. The uncertainty expression of detection results was given.
