欧盟机械产品质量认证——机械指令及其风险评价研究

Research on Risk Assessment in Machinery Directive of European Product Certification for Machinery Products

按照欧洲议会和理事会的规定,在欧洲市场销售的机械产品必须符合CE认证的规定,满足机械指令的要求。新的机械指令强化了欧盟对于机械产品在人身健康和安全方面的规定,对机械制造商或其代理商从风险评价方面提出了更高的要求。本文从风险评价的内容和要点进行了分析,并向我国机械制造商提出了通过正确解读欧盟新指令关于风险评价的新要求来满足出口技术要求的建议,为出口欧盟机械企业提供借鉴。

According to the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council, the machinery products sold in EU market shall comply with the CE certification and the requirements of machinery directive. The new machinery directive has strengthened the health and safety requirements of machinery, and has put forward much more strict requests to the manufacturer or his authorized representative from risk assessment aspect. The article made analysis to the contents and main points of risk assessment, and provided suggestion on how to understand the new directive from risk assessment so as to satisfy the technical requirements for exports, and to provide reference for machinery manufacturers exporting to European Union.
