Application of PCR Related Techniques in Plant Virus Quarantine and Detection

PCR和建立在PCR基础上的分子生物学技术以其灵敏、快速、简便等优点广泛应用于植物病毒的检测。阐述反转录聚合酶链式反应、免疫捕捉反转录PCR、PCR-单链构型多态性、实时荧光定量PCR、差异显示PCR和巢式PCR等相关技术的原理及其在植物病毒检测中的应用现状,以期为我国植物病毒的检疫检测提供有益参考。

PCR and the technology in molecular biology based on PCR have been widely used in the detection of plant virus for their high-sensitivity,fast-response and easily-operation.The paper elaborates the principles of technology of RT-PCR,IC-RT-PCR,PCR-SSCP,real-time PCR,DD-PCR and nested PCR and their application status in the detection of plant virus to provide reference for quarantine and detection of plant virus.
