摘要
介绍了基于嵌入式WinCE和ARM9微处理器的H.264视频监控传输系统的设计与实现。该系统采用ARM9微处理器S3C2440A作为主处理器,Omni Vision公司的彩色CMOS图像传感器OV9650作为视频输入设备,对视频数据进行H.264压缩,可以通过网络把数据传到上位机解码并保存。该系统实现了一种体积小、成本低廉、数字化的监控解决方案,具有广泛的应用价值。
In order to promote development and application of new technologies in the field of public video surveillance system, and to solve the engineering practical problems, a video monitoring system is introduced. The system uses S3C2440A as the main processor, and the video capturing equipment is Omni Vision's color CMOS camera with the 1 300 000 pixels, also uses software to compress the video data with H.264. Experimental results show that the system realizes a small size, low cost digital surveillance solutions, has extensive application value.
