温度和盐度对塞内加尔鳎幼鱼存活及生长的影响 被引量:4

EFFECTS OF TEMPERATURE AND SALINITY ON SURVIVAL AND GROWTH OF LARVAE SOLEA SENEGALENSIS

摘要 通过控制不同温度、盐度对塞内加尔鳎幼鱼的存活及生长进行研究。结果表明:平均体长13.06±0.42mm的幼鱼存活的适宜温度为23~32℃,高于32℃时会引起大量死亡;体长和体重生长的最适温度为23~26℃,高于26℃则生长速度减慢。幼鱼存活的适宜盐度为5~50,生长的最适盐度为20~25,超出此范围生长速度明显降低。 The survival and growth of larvae Solea senegalensis were studied under different temperatures and salinities.The results showed that the larvae(average body length is 13.06 0.42mm) survived at optimal temperature range of 23~32℃,and most of the larvae died when temperature was above 32℃;body length and weight grew at optimal temperature range of 23~26℃,and growth was slow down when temperature was above 26℃.The larvae survived at optimal salinity range of 5~50 and most of the larvae died when salinity was beyond this range;body length and weight grew at optimal salinity range of 20~25,and growth was slow down obviously when salinity was beyond this range.
