摘要
目的观察含有不同炮制方法半夏的黄芪陷胸胶囊对老年单纯收缩期高血压(EISH)患者血压的影响。方法将180例EISH患者随机分为生半夏组、清半夏组、法半夏组各60例,3组均每日1次服用雅施达片4mg,并分别给予含有3种不同炮制方法半夏的黄芪陷胸胶囊,每次5粒,每日3次,20周为1个疗程。观察各组患者治疗后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压(PP)水平变化。结果治疗后生半夏组患者的SBP、PP下降差值大于清半夏组、法半夏组,而DBP下降差值小于清半夏组和法半夏组(P<0.01);与法半夏组比较,清半夏组患者SBP、DBP、PP下降差值均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论含生半夏者的黄芪陷胸胶囊降低EISH患者收缩压及减小脉压的作用最佳,对舒张压的降低作用最小。
Objective To observe the influence of Huangqi Xianxiong Capsule(Capsule containing Radix Astragali seu Hedysari for heart diseases)with differently-processed Banxia(Rhizome Pinelliae)in it on the blood pressure of elderly isolated systolic hypertension(EISH).Methods The 180 EISH patients were randomized into Sheng-Banxia(unprocessed pinellia tuber)group,Qing-Banxia(alum processed pinellia)group,and Fa-Banxia(processed pinellia tuber)group with 60 in each.Three groups were administered Perindopril Tablets 4mg,once a day,and Huangqi Xianxiong Capsule containing differently processed Banxia(Rhizome Pinelliae),5 capsules each time,3 times a day,20 weeks as one course of treatment.The changes of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and pulse pressure(PP)of all groups were observed.Results After treatment,the decrease of SBP and PP of the Sheng-Banxia group was more than that of the Qing-Banxia group and the Fa-Banxia group,while the decrease of DBP was less than that of Qing-Banxia group and Fa-Banxia group(P0.01).Compared with the Fa-Banxia group,the decrease of SBP,DBP,and PP of the Qing-Banxia group was all statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The effect of Huangqi Xianxiong Capsule containing Sheng-Banxia is the best in lowering the systolic pressure and reducing the pulse pressure of EISH with the minimum effect in lowering the diastolic pressure.
