粘土/SBR/BIIR纳米复合材料的结构与性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)与粘土/SBR复合胶制备粘土/SBR/BIIR复合材料,并对其结构与性能进行研究。结果表明:粘土/SBR/BIIR并用胶为以BIIR为连续相、以SBR为分散相的海岛结构,并且粘土基本分散于SBR分散相中,所制备的复合材料为隔离型纳米复合材料;BIIR与SBR的相容性不好,热力学上基本不相容;由于粘土对气体的阻隔作用及并用胶的两相为海岛结构,因此复合材料在BIIR与粘土/SBR复合胶并用比适当的条件下仍能保持良好的气密性。 The clay/SBR/BIIR nanocomposites were prepared using BIIR and clay/SBR compound,and the structure and properties were studied.The results showed that,the sea-island morpho-logy was formed by BIIR continuous phase and SBR dispersed phase due to the poor compatibility between BIIR and SBR.Most of the clay was still dispersed in SBR phase.Due to the excellent gas barrier effect of nano-dispersed clay and the sea-island structure,the nanocomposites with good gas barrier property was obtained with proper blend ratio of BIIR and clay/SBR.
