摘要
为克服课堂教学质量评价工作中的主观随意性,根据不同课程类型及全员、全方位评教的原则设计了评价教师教学质量的指标.由模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确立了评价指标权重,建立了教师教学质量的模糊综合评价的数学模型.系统试用结果表明,该模型能科学、客观、公正、准确地定出被评价者的教学质量优劣.同时,开发了教师教学质量的网上模糊评价系统.
To overcome shortages of original classroom teaching quality evaluation, such as subjective and arbitrary, depending different types of courses and full, comprehensive evaluation designed the evaluation indicators of teaching quality. Using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to gain the evaluation index weights, and establish the model of the teaching quality of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Then, develop the online teaching quality fuzzy evaluation system. At last, the results show that this model can offer seientistic , objective, fair, accurate evaluations in the classroom teaching.
