我国中小企业资本结构特征与优化探析

中小企业资本结构与多样性融资工具密切相关。融资渠道狭窄、资金需求不足、资本结构调整缺乏弹性造成的资本结构不合理,已经成为制约我国中小企业发展的瓶颈。本文通过对中小企业资本结构特征的分析,提出应采取政府营造宽松的融资环境、发挥行业集体优势互助融资、提升中小企业融资实力等措施来拓宽资金来源渠道,促进中小企业资本结构的优化。

Small and medium-sized enterprise capital structure and diversity financing tools is closely related.The unreasonable capital structure because of narrow financing channel,small capital demand,and inelastic capital structure adjustment have become the bottleneck pf restricting Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise development.Based on the analysis of capital structure of small and medium-sized enterprise,this paper put forward that the measures to build comfortable financing environment by the governments,express the collective advantages to undertake the mutual financing enhance financing stregth of small and medium-sized enterprises and so on should be taken to broaden the channels of capital sources and optimize the capital structures of small and medium-sized enterprises.
