摘要
随着社会经济发展趋势的要求,中小企业对于员工培训日益重视,但对培训效果的评估往往重视程度不够,有效的效果评价体系可以检查培训的效果,总结经验与教训,发现新的培训要求。本文通过层次分析法的运用,对中小企业员工培训效果评价的应用进行了分析,以期为评价中小企业员工培训效果提供定量分析思路,从而达到提升中小企业培训管理水平的目的。
With the trend of social and economic development,SMEs have paid more attence to staff training,but have not paid enough attention to the training effect.Effective evaluation systemThe can check training effect,summerize experiences and lessons,and discover new training requirements.By applying AHP evaluation of staff training in the SME,this paper expects to provide quantitative analysis on evaluating the effect of staff training to enhance the level of training management of SMEs.
