摘要
目的:观察狗注入尖吻蝮蛇毒类血酶(AAV-TLE)后,血清纤维蛋白(元)降解产物对血液凝固的影响。方法:将AAV-TLE静脉注入狗体内,分别测定凝血活酶时间(KPTT)、凝血酶元时间(PT)以及血浆纤维蛋白原(Fgn)和血清纤维蛋白(元)降解产物(FDP)含量。结果:KPTT和PT明显延长;血清FDP显著增加;血浆Fgn含量大幅度下降。结论:狗注入AAV-TLE后,KPTT和PT延长除与血浆Fgn下降有关外,FDP的增加是主要原因。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of FDP on blood coagulation following the intravenous infusion of AAV-TLE into anesthetized dogs. METHOD: The blood sample,which was drawn from a surgically exposed femoral artery of dog and put into a siliconized tube containing anticoagulant solution before and after intravenous injection of AAV-TLE(5 g/kg),was used for FgnKPTTPT and FDP determinations. RESULTS: It was observed that the AAV-TLE caused a pronounced prolongation of KPTT and PT tests,a marked elevation of serum FDP Level and a significant decrease of plasma Fgn level. CONCLUSION: In addition to the decrease of plasma Fgn level,the prolongation of KPTT and PT tests mainly is induced by inhibition of clotting function which is attributalbe to increasing serum FDP levels.
