新兴能源企业投融资探讨

随着新兴能源列为中国和江西省的战略性新兴产业,企业的投融资问题便成为这一产业发展的关键问题。本文论述了新兴能源投融资的高风险性特点,介绍了企业投融资的主要渠道、形式,提出了投融资渠道和资本结构的多元化、融资效率最大化和风险防范策略,以达到融资成本低、效率高、风险小的目标,在成本、效率、风险中寻找合理的平衡点。

With the new energies productions listed as the strategic emerging industries of Jiangxi Province and China,enterprise investment and financing turn out to be a key issue for the industry developments.This paper illustrates the high-risking features in investment and financing in this industry,introduces main financing channels and approches of the enterprises,proposes the diversification of financial channels and capital structures,maximziation of investment efficiency and risk prevention measures to realize the objectives of low finaning costs,high efficiency,and minor risk,and find out the balance among the cost,efficiency,and risk.
