图书馆资源建设学科化的实践与思考——以清华大学图书馆为例

On the Role of Subject Librarian in Collection Development——Based on Tsinghua University Library's Experiences

近几年来,为弥补传统的以文献类型组织资源建设的不足,进一步优化资源建设,推动资源建设学科化、专业化,国内一些高校图书馆开始尝试资源建设工作按学科来组织的模式。在此介绍清华大学图书馆探索资源建设学科化的实践,分析学科馆员参与资源建设的实施策略,提出进一步完善学科资源建设、优化学科服务的思考。

In recent years, there have been some changes in collection development in Chinese academic libraries. One of them is adopting the strategy of managing collection development in a subject-based model, which aims to improve the quality of subject collection development. In the case of Tsinghua University Library, subject librarians are engaged into the development of the library collection. This paper describes the roles of subject librarians in the activities of collection development. And further considerations have been given to the optimization subject-based services to support teaching and research.
