摘要
通过问卷调查了图书馆用户个性化服务需求。调查结果显示:用户需要个性化服务;个性化服务使用得并不普遍;用户非常重视个人隐私保护;用户对个性化信息环境的需求高于对个性化服务功能的需求;用户对图书借阅服务的需求高于其他个性化服务功能的需求;性别、图书馆使用行为、网络使用行为等因素对用户的个性化需求产生显著影响。根据调查结果提出了发展图书馆个性化服务的6点建议:图书馆应该提供个性化服务以提高服务水平;个性化服务应当超越Mylibrary模式;加强个性化服务的宣传和推广;个性化服务必须建立在保障用户个人隐私的基础上;必须重视用户的非功能需求;应该重视基础性服务的个性化。
This paper investigates library user needs for the kinds of personalized services, the degree of their needs and the factors affecting their needs by the way of a questionnaire survey. Survey results show that: users need personalized services~ personalized library services are not widely used~ users attach great importance to individual privacy protection~ users demand more on personalized information environment than personalized service functions; users demand more on circulation service functions than other func- tions;sex, library usage behavior, Internet usage behavior have significant impacts on user needs. Accord- ing to the survey results, we put forward six advices on the development of personalize library services: libraries should provide personalized services to improve service quality, personalized services should run beyond the Myli- brary model, libraries should enhance personalized service promotion, personalized library services should be based on the protection of personal privacy, libraries must attach importance to the user's non-functional requirements, and libraries should pay more attention to personalize library basic services.
