This paper summarizes the nursing care of a patient with heterotopic caesarean scar pregnancy receiving embryo aspiration.Before the operation,nursing care focused on health education,preparation of rescue materials and psychological nursing to relieve the patient＇s anxiety.After the operation,monitoring vital signs and patient condition to detect hemorrhagic shock are important in ensuring the success of the operation and patient safety.After discharge,introduction on preventing miscarriage and ultrasound examination regularity are important in ensuring the success of parturition.
