摘要
针对济钢热轧厂粗轧支承辊的剥落事故,分析皮下裂纹的产生机理,通过制定应对措施,在保证轧辊安全使用的前提下,降低了轧辊消耗。
Aiming at the surface spalling failure of rough mill back up roll in Jinan Iron and Steel Hot Rolling Mill,analyses the mechanism of subsurface crack and establishes the countermeasure in this paper;it can reduce the roll consumption on the premise of ensuring safe use of roll.
