摘要
通过对105位员工访谈和306份有效问卷的数据进行分析后表明,心理契约可分为交易型和关系型两个维度,且两者相互独立,交易型和关系型心理契约分别对团队绩效和组织绩效有正向作用。此外,团队绩效和组织绩效正相关,且心理契约与组织绩效的相关性部分是通过团队绩效起中介作用的。
Based on literature review,the article puts forward the preliminary model in this research,and also analyzes the data from 105 member interviews and 306 questionnaires.The main conclusions are as follow: psychological contract is divided into transactional psychological contract and relational psychological contract and mutually independent;transactional psychological contract and relational psychological contract have significant positive effects on team performance and organizational performance separately;team performance and organizational performance have positive relationship,furthermore,team performance mediates the relationship between psychological contract and organizational performance.These conclusions provide references for keeping organizational performance increasing continuously.
