摘要
本文在国内外文献就团队认知研究进行回顾与综述的基础上,指出了当前许多有关这方面的研究忽视了交互理解影响团队成员共享心智模式。交互理解就是团队成员准确理解其他成员心智模式的程度。交互理解的对象就是他人的心智模式(MM),并达到团队层次的理解。本文探讨了交互理解对团队成员影响因素的维度、标准、条件以及方法,团队成员共享心智模式在交互理解实践中生成,有效地促进了团队共享心智模式(SMM)的同质性。
Through the review to the literatures,this paper notice that the influence of entrepreneur s network on Team shared mental model(SMM).Cross-understanding refers to the extent to which group members have an accurate understanding of one another's mental models,a group-level compositional construct having as its components each group member's understanding of each other member's mental model.In this paper we also articulate the issues related to cross-understanding in(dimensions,conditions and methods).Team shared mental model(SMM) is generated in the practice of cross-understanding.Cross-understanding is the inherent implication of team shared mental mode and effectively promote the homogeneity of team shared mental model(SMM).
