不同产地与市场生何首乌和制何首乌的质量评价研究

Quality Evaluation of Raw and Prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori from Different Producing Areas and Markets

目的评价不同产地野生及市场销售生何首乌与制何首乌的质量差异,建立何首乌的质量评价标准。方法采用HPLC法测定何首乌二苯乙烯苷和蒽醌类成分的含量,SPSS 15.0软件对各有效成分含量进行聚类分析。结果不同产地及市场生何首乌、制何首乌中二苯乙烯苷和蒽醌类成分含量存在较大的差异。结论现版《药典》对何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的含量限度偏低,建议规定生何首乌中二苯乙烯苷不得低于2.0%,大黄素、大黄素葡萄糖苷、大黄素甲醚及大黄素甲醚葡萄糖苷的总量不得低于0.15%;制何首乌中二苯乙烯苷不得低于1.2%,总蒽醌含量限度还有待进一步研究制定。

Objective To evaluate the quality of raw and prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori from different producing areas and markets,and to establish the quality standard of Radix Polygoni Multiflori.Methods HPLC method was used to simultaneously determine the contents of 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and anthraquinones in Radix Polygoni Multiflori.Cluster analysis of the effective components was carried out by using SPSS15.0（SPSS Inc.）.Results The contents of 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-D-glucopyranoside and anthraquinones varied in raw and poepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori from different producing areas and markets.Conclusion The content limit for 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in Radix Polygoni Multiflori is set lower in current version of pharmacopoeia.It is suggested that the content of 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside should be set no less than 2.0 %,and emodin,emodin monoglucoside,physcione and physcione-monoglucoside no less than 0.15 % in raw Radix Polygoni Multiflor.In prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori,2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside content should be set no less than 1.2 %,while the anthraquinones content limit needs for further research.
