摘要
采用3ZnO-2B2O3玻璃与Al2O3和TiO2复合烧结制备了锌硼玻璃基低温共烧陶瓷复合材料,研究了TiO2/Al2O3质量比对所制复合材料相组成和微波介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着TiO2/Al2O3质量比减少,复合材料中ZnAl2O4相含量增多,TiO2相含量减少,4ZnO·3B2O3相的含量基本不变。随着TiO2/Al2O3质量比增大,复合材料的介电常数和介质损耗增大。当TiO2的质量分数为8%时,复合材料的谐振频率温度系数接近于零。
Zinc borate glass/ceramic composites for low temperature co-fired ceramics(LTCC) were prepared from the mixtures of zinc borate glass,Al2O3 and TiO2.The effects of the mass ratio of TiO2 to Al2O3 on the phase evolution and dielectric properties of prepared composites were investigated.The results show that the content of ZnAl2O4,TiO2 and 4ZnO?3B2O3 in the composites increases,decreases,remains essentially unchanged respectively with the decrease of the mass ratio of TiO2 to Al2O3.The permittivity and dielectric loss of these composites increase significantly with the increase of the mass ratio of TiO2 to Al2O3.A near-zero temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of the composite is obtained when the mass fraction of TiO2 is 8%.
