医源性输尿管膀胱损伤27例报告

Iatrogenic ureter and bladder injury report of 27 cases

目的分析医源性输尿管、膀胱损伤的原因,探讨适当的手术时机和方式。方法回顾性分析1990-01～2010-06治疗的27例医源性输尿管、膀胱损伤的临床资料。结果全组病例均无并发症发生及死亡病例。结论术前注意复习CT片和预防性的安置尿管或输尿管支架管,损伤可以减少。

Objective To investigate the reasons of iatrogenie ureter and bladder injury and explore right time and method of the operation. Methods Restrespective analysis of clinical data of patients with iatrogenie ureter and bladder injury from January 1990 to June 2010 was performed. Results All patients were cured,no complieatin occurred and no death case was found. Corteluslon If the injury before the operation was found, the ureter and bladder injury can be avoiding by reviewed the CT and installing urinary catheter or the stent before operation.
