心肌致密化不全影像学诊断的研究进展

The research progress of imaging diagnosis of noncompaction of ventricular myocardium

摘要 心肌致密化不全临床上罕见,误诊及延迟诊断较多,该文就超声心动图及心脏磁共振检查特征、诊断标准、新进展进行总结,旨在提高对心肌致密化不全的认识和诊断水平。 Noncompacfion of ventricular myocardium （NVM） is distinctly rare, and misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis is more common. This review aimed at raising awareness and diagnosis of this disease through reviewed and summarized the characteristics and new progress of echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance, diagnostic criteria for NVM.
