摘要
依托物联网技术及网络对粮食供应链进行优化,根据"拉式"供应链理论集成现代物流及供应链功能,利用信息技术集成粮食供应链涉及的企业及粮食流通环节,然后基于射频识别技术构建集成化粮食供应链模型及整体架构,依托射频技术提供的大量数据及处理能力进行计算求解,获得精确的预测,在物联网的支撑下研究集成化粮食供应链的管理。研究构建粮食及其加工品的质量跟踪、控制及追溯,确保粮食及其加工品的食用安全;依据物联网技术支持下集成化粮食供应链管理信息系统的精确预测,建立粮食供需安全预警系统;通过基于物联网对粮食供应链进行集成化管理,降低粮食及其加工品物流费用,提高流通效率及效益。
First, this paper improves the grain supply chain with intemet of things and internet,integrates modern logistics function and supply chain function according to the theory of "pull" supply chain,integrates the enterprizes and grain transportation related with grain supply chain through information technology. Then, builds the integrated grain supply chain model and the whole framework by basing on radio infrenquency identification technology, calculates with the mass data and strong processing ability of radio infrenquency identification technology in order to evaluate the grain accurately, and studies the management of integrated grain suply chain with internet of things. The paper also studies on the track, control and back - trace of grain and grain product quality to ensure them safety as food, builds safety fore - warning system with the accurate prediction of management information system of integrated grain supply,introduces integrated management of grain supply chain based on the internet of things to reduce the cost of logistics and make the logistics more efficient and the benefit more.
