摘要
为了解UV-B辐射增强对小麦叶片蛋白质的影响,采用双向电泳技术分析了UV-B辐射增强处理后小麦叶片蛋白质的变化。结果表明,UV-B辐射增强处理小麦幼苗6d后,叶片总蛋白含量与对照差异极显著(P<0.01)。经过双向电泳分析,UV-B辐射增强处理与对照相比,差异在2倍以上的点有21个。其中上调表达的蛋白点有6个,下调表达的蛋白点有12个,新出现的蛋白点有3个。说明UV-B辐射增强对蛋白总量及其表达均产生影响。
In order to investigate the influence of enhanced UV-B radiation to wheat,two-dimensional electrophoresis were used to detect the changes of proteins in wheat leaves treated by enhanced UV-B radiation.Results showed that at six days after enhanced UV-B radiation treatment,there were significant difference(P0.01) in the total protein content between the UV-B radiation treatment and control.Two-dimensional electrophoresis analysis revealed that there were 21 protein points with over 2 times difference comparing that of the UV-B radiation treatment with control,among which 6 were upregulated,12 were downregulated,and 3 were new,this suggested enhanced UV-B radiation influenced the expression of proteins in wheat.
