基于流媒体的道口智能报警系统

摘要 为降低我国铁路道口交通事故的发生几率,提出了一种基于流媒体技术结合运动检测的道口智能报警系统。本系统采用C/S模式,它的前端(服务端)主要负责视频采集、图像处理、H.264编码以及视频与报警信息的传输,后端(客户端)采用嵌入式WinCE设备,负责实时接收视频和报警信息。描述了系统的总体设计方案和各功能模块的设计与实现,并对H.264编解码、实时传输协议(RTP)以及运动检测等关键技术与算法进行了详细的说明。经测试验证,服务端能够精确检测出障碍物,客户端能够实时、流畅播放前端采集的视频,系统的应用能极大地降低道口交通事故的发生几率。 In order to reduce the probability of traffic accidents in China's railway crossing,an intelligent alarming system based on combination of streaming media with motion detecting is presented.In the system,we use the Client/Server mode.The server is responsible for video capture,image processing,H.264 encoding and transmission of video and alarm information.The client which based on embedded wince device is responsible for receiving real-time video and alarm information.The design and implementation of all parts are expounded in this paper.The key technologies and algorithms are explained in detail.Experiments show the system can accurately detect obstacles,paly the video smooth and greatly reduce the risk of crossing traffic accidents.
