加速溶剂萃取-GC/MS法研究济南市环境空气颗粒物中的多环芳烃 被引量:4

Study on polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in particles of ambient air in Jinan by accelerated solvent extraction coupled with GC/MS

摘要 以济南市为研究区域,利用TH-150C型智能中流量总悬浮颗粒物采样器采集了7个点位环境空气颗粒物样品,采用加速溶剂萃取、旋转蒸发、硅胶柱层析、氮吹仪氮吹后用GC/MS测定的实验研究方法,获得了济南市7个点位环境空气颗粒物中16种PAHs的质量浓度和ΣPAHs值。结果表明,7个点位环境空气颗粒物中ΣPAHs的含量在103.409~206.904μg/g之间,且长清点位的浓度值最高,跑马岭点位最低。致癌性最强的苯并[a]芘的含量在7个点位ΣPAHs中都占有相当大的比例,且在环境监测站点位环境空气颗粒物中的苯并[a]芘在ΣPAHs中所占的比例最大。 Atmospheric particles microfiltration membrane samples of seven sites in Jinan city were collected by TH-150C type intelligent middle flow TSP samplers,which were pre-processed by accelerated solvent extraction,rotary evaporator,silica column and organomation and then tested by GC/MS to obtain the mass concentrations of sixteen kinds of PAHs and ΣPAHs in particles of ambient air in seven sites of Jinan.The results showed that the concentration range of ΣPAHs in particles of ambient air for different seven sites is from 103.409 μg/g to 206.904 μg/g which is the highest in Changqing site and the lowest in Paomaling site.The concentration of BaP which is the most serious carcinogens accounts for very great proportion of ΣPAHs in seven sites and its proportion in Jinan environmental monitoring station is the highest.
