氧化电解法处理工业含硫恶臭气体的研究 被引量:2

Study on removal of industrial sulfide containing odor by oxidation-electrolysis process

摘要 利用铁盐溶液,通过气体超微细分散式吸收反应器和电化学再生系统结合的反应器,对中高浓度含硫恶臭气体进行吸收及电化学再生过程进行了初步研究。结果表明:当反应液位高度为55 cm、温度为20℃和H+浓度小于1.5 mol/L时,进气浓度小于1 000 mg/m3时,含硫恶臭气体处理效率可到达96%以上。当液位高度为55 cm、温度为60~80℃和H+浓度小于1.5 mol/L时,进气浓度为500~5 000 mg/m3的含硫恶臭气体处理效率高达99%。当电解电压为1.5V、电流密度达300 A/m2、Fe2+浓度0.6 mol/L和H+浓度为1.5 mol/L的湍流对流传质条件下,电解再生效率大于96%,电流效率接近100%。 The preliminarily study was conducted on the treatment of industrial sulfide containing odor by using the ferric salt solution in the fine bubble distributed absorption reactor combined with recycling system of plug flow electrolytic reactor(PFER).The results showed that the removal efficiency of odor was about 96% when the absorption layer elevation was 55 cm,the absorption temperature was 20℃ and the H+ concentration was less than 1.5 mol/L,the odor concentration was less than 1 000 mg/m^3.When the absorption layer elevation was 55 cm,the absorption temperature was 60-80℃,the H^+ concentration was less than 1.5 mol/L,the odor concentration was less than 500-5 000 mg/m^3,the removal efficiency of odor was nearly 99%.When the electrode voltage was 1.5 V,the electricity density was more than 300 A/m2,the Fe2+concentration was 0.6 mol/L,the H^+ concentration was 1.5 mol/L and the flowing state of recycling solution was turbulent in the recycling system,the recycling efficiency of containing sulfide odor was over 96% and the current density efficiency was able to reach 100%.
