造血干细胞体外扩增影响因素的研究进展

造血干细胞的体外扩增是在模拟体内造血系统的基础上，通过添加造血生长因子和其它有利于扩增的成分，来实现HSCs体外的生长和扩增。近年来，随着对造血干细胞生物学特性研究的不断深入，对HSCs体外扩增影响因素的研究取得了较大进展。就HSCs体外扩增影响因素的进展作一综述。

In vitro proliferation ofhematopoietic stem cells（HSCs） is performed on the basis ofthe simulation of in vitro blood system by adding growth factors and promoting components. Several protocols for expansion of HSCs in vitro are currently in development. In recent years, with the understanding of the molecular and cellular mechanisms regulating HSCs maintenance and expansion, tremendous progress has been made in this field. In this paper, research progress in the study of the factors determining the in vitro HSCs proliferation is reviewed.
