摘要
本文采用三维雷诺平均N-S方程和Spalart-Allmaras湍流模型,在设计工况下对3种具有不同隔板截面形状的旋转冲压压缩转子进行了数值研究。计算结果表明:旋转冲压压缩转子进气流道内主要存在三道曲线激波对气流进行压缩;隔板截面形状对激波及气流流动影响较大,隔板截面形状为"正梯形"时,旋转冲压压缩转子具有较高的效率和较小的出口气流角。
The three dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and the Spalart-Allmaras turbulent model are adopted to simulate numerically the flow field of the designed three dimensional flow-path of the ram-rotor with three kinds of stake wall section shapes at the design point. It has been found that there are mainly three curved shock waves in the three dimensional flow-path. Stake wall section shape has great influence on the shock waves and flow fields of the ram-rotor. The ram-rotor with stake wall section shape which is"positive trapezoid"has higher adiabatic efficiency and smaller velocity angle than that with stake wall section shape which is"reversed trapezoid".
