"乜帖"是穆斯林了却心愿的一种形式。有主命乜帖、副功乜帖、随心乜帖之分。穆斯林给阿訇的"海的叶"也属于乜帖的范畴。关于乜帖伊斯兰教的经训有诸多阐述。伊斯兰教认为出散乜帖是穆斯林的义务,是使穆斯林财产得以纯净的一种形式。我国华北地区的回族穆斯林还有"过乜帖"和出散乜帖肉的习俗。乜帖与伊斯兰教的传承有着很大的关系。

As a form for a Muslim to fulfill his wish, Niyah can be differentiated as obligatory Niyah, voluntary Nyah and free Nyah. The money given away to an imam as a gift also belongs to the classification of Niyah. Islamic interpretations to Niyah are many. Generally speaking, Islam holds giving Niyah is Muslims＇ obligation and a form to purify their possessions, as is the case in North China, where Muslims have the customs of fulfilling Niyah and giving away Niyah meat. To trace its origin, Niyah is closely with the spread and traditions of Islam.
