松龄血脉康对高血压患者高敏C反应蛋白及颈动脉粥样硬化的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨松龄血脉康对高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者高敏C-反应蛋白及粥样斑块的影响。方法将入选的177例患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组在常规治疗的基础上应用松龄血脉康胶囊;对照组在常规治疗的基础上加服安慰剂。治疗3个月后观察两组高敏C-反应蛋白和斑块指数的变化。结果试验组治疗后高敏C-反应蛋白较前下降(2.18 mg/L±1.92mg/L vs 1.87 mg/L±1.73 mg/L,P<0.05)、斑块指数较前减少(2.91±1.64 vs 2.70±1.31,P<0.05),且两组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论松龄血脉康胶囊可以降低C反应蛋白,具有抗炎作用,并对颈动脉粥样硬化有较好的治疗作用。
