颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死发生及预后关系的概述 被引量：6

摘要 颈动脉粥样硬化病变常可导致脑部供血异常,是引起缺血性脑病的重要原因,颈动脉闭塞、粥样斑块或血栓的脱落则可引起脑梗死.约68%缺血性脑血管疾病伴有颈动脉粥样硬化[1].
