金融危机背景下人力资本对返乡农民工发展意愿的影响分析

The Role of Human Capital in Migrant Returnees' Intention in the Context of Financial Crisis

使用2009年"金融危机对农民工家庭生计冲击调查"数据,采用二分类Logistic回归方法,分析了金融危机背景下返乡农民工的人力资本对其发展意愿的影响。研究发现:受教育程度越高、流动前参加过职业技能培训的返乡农民工则更倾向于选择留乡;另外,返乡农民工的婚姻状态、初次外出动机及返乡原因也对其发展意愿具有影响;最后就相关结论的理论内涵及背后的公共政策涵义进行了讨论。

The impact of the human capital of migrant returnees on their development intention in the context of financial crisis is analyzed with the binary logistic regression method by using data from the ＂2009 survey of the impact of financial crisis on rural migrant household livelihood. ＂ The research results show that those migrant returnees who have had higher education levels, received job skill training before migration are more likely to get the alternative to be employed in their hometowns. Moreover, the theoretical connotations of the corresponding conclusions and the implications of the public polieies related are also dealt with.
