Promoting the Teacher's Sense of Occupational Accomplishment——A Practical Approach to Produce Educationists

教育家的涌现需要各方面的条件来支持,其中最基础的条件之一是一支庞大而优秀的教师队伍。一支优秀的教师队伍应该是充满生机的,有不竭发展动力的。而现实的情况却是我们广大的中小学教师正深受教师职业倦怠的困扰。本文在分析上述这对矛盾的基础上,从历史和逻辑的角度论证了提升教师职业成就感与催生教育家的必然联系,并提出了提升教师职业成就感的可能途径。

The emergence of educationists needs many conditions, one of which lies in a large and excellent teacher team. Such a teacher team should be vigorous and everlasting. However, the fact is that a large number of lower school teachers are weary of their jobs. This paper makes an analysis of the necessary relation of elevating teachers＇ sense of their occupational accomplishment to producing educationists＇ and puts forward some probable ways to enhance their sense of job accomplishment.
