摘要
以我国三所部属师范大学的教育硕士(小学教育)培养方案和美国两所大学硕士层次的小学教师培养方案为比较研究对象,重点分析我国三个培养方案和美国六个培养方案的课程体系结构及特点,广泛涉及到招生政策与培养目标、学习管理与指导、课程模块划分、教育理论与小学教育实践、必修课程与选修课程、教学实习与学位论文等方面。研究发现,我国培养方案的课程体系宜划分为更多的课程模块;扩大选修课程的比例和选修的范围;设置小学各门学科的选修课;合理利用教科院以外的课程资源;招生政策应更具有开放性,学习管理应更具有弹性。
An analysis has been made on three master programs of elementary teacher education in three Chinese universities and six programs in two American universities so as to find out those programs' structures and characteristics. The analysis deals with various aspects, such as admission requirements, aims of programs, learning management, classification of curricula, relationship between educational theory and practice, required and elected courses, and practice teaching and academic dissertations. The findings make it clear that the master degree program of elementary teacher education can be divided into five or six curriculum parts.
