国家实验室的模式、分类和比较——基于美国、德国和中国的创新发展实践研究

The Comparison Study of National Laboratories in European,American,and Chinese Models and Classification

对美、德等发达国家创新体系中基于原始创新的国家实验室和中国国家创新体系中从事原始创新研究工作的国家重点实验室进行了比较研究,对比了基于原始创新的国家实验室的欧美模式和中国模式,阐释了国家实验室在原始创新中的作用及内在机制,说明了国家实验室的分类和在当代背景下的功能,最后提出了推动国家实验室发展的有关建议。

This study focuses on the National Laboratories based on the original innovation in European and American developed countries＇ national innovation system, and the State Key Laboratories in Chinese national innovation system. This work also compares the national laboratories based on the original European and American innovation model and the Chinese model to explain the national laboratory＇s role in the original innovation and the internal mechanism of national laboratory that the classification and function in the contemporary context. This paper finally gives some suggestion.
