污水处理可靠性分析中改进故障树分析方法及应用 被引量:2

摘要 结合污水处理过程的特点,将风险重要度分析和专家知识引入到传统FTA法中,建立了适合污水处理系统的改进故障树分析方法。以某A2/O污水处理系统TN控制为对象,结合A2/O污水处理工艺的特点,介绍了改进故障树分析方法在污水处理系统可靠性分析中的应用。构造了以出水TN超标为顶事件的FTA图,基于风险重要度分析模型识别出系统的薄弱环节。通过案例分析,改进后的风险重要度评价结论与实际运行管理经验一致,表明了改进故障树分析方法是指导污水处理系统可靠性运行的良好工具。 Considering the characteristics of wastewater treatment projects, risk significance analysis and expert knowledge were integrated into conventional fault tree analysis (FTA) , and a modified FTA method applicable to wastewater treatment system was developed. Taking total nitrogen concentration in an Ago wastewater treatment system as control object, according to the characteristics of A^2O wastewater treatment process, the application of modified FFA method to reliability analysis of wastewater treatment system was analyzed. The FTA diagram with effluent limit violation for TN as top event was established, and the weak points of the system were identified based on the risk analysis model. The case analysis shows that the conclusions from the modified risk significance evaluation are consistent with the practical operation well, indicating that the modified FTA method is a good tool to guide the reliable opertion of wastewater treatment system.
