ENS Sludge Composting Process and Applications

通过分析污泥堆肥的原理及特殊性,提出污泥堆肥的工艺理念。介绍了ENS污泥堆肥工艺及其应用。ENS堆肥工艺主要包括污泥微观混合预调理、静态条堆、柔和通风、氧温在线监测及通风抽风的智能化控制。其在污泥堆肥工程中的应用效果表明,该工艺具有作业灵活简单、发酵周期短、脱水快、能耗低、臭气源头控制等特点。

The process concept of sludge composting is proposed by analyzing the principles and particularity of sludge composting. The ENS sludge composting process and its applications are introduced. The ENS sludge composting process includes sludge micro-mixing and pre-conditioning, static heap composting, gentle ventilation, on-line monitoring of temperature and oxygen and advanced ventila- tion control. The application effects show that the process has characteristics of simple and flexible operation, short fermentation period, rapid dehydration, low energy consumption, odor source control and so on.
