摘要
太湖流域污水处理厂出水水质需达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)的一级A标准,为此浙江省湖州碧浪污水处理厂提标改造工程采用ABAF/OBAF前置生物膜脱氮污水处理工艺对生活污水进行深度处理。实际进水浓度低于设计值,通过调整运行工况和参数,使出水水质达标。提标工程的运行费用为0.17元/m3。此外,还对该工艺运行中存在的几点关键问题进行了分析并提出相应的对策。
In order to meet the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002), the ABAF/OBAF process is used for advanced treatment of municipal sewage in the upgrading and reconstruction project of Huzhou Bilang Sewage Treatment Plant in Zhejiang Province. When the actual influent quality is lower than the design value, the operation condition and parameters are regulated to make the effluent quality to meet the standard. The operation cost of the upgrading and reconstruction project is 0.17 yuan/m^3. In addition, several key questions in operation of the process are analyzed, and the corresponding measures are put forward.
