上海市白龙港城市污水处理厂升级改造工程自控系统设计 被引量:5

Design of Automatic Control System in Upgrading Reconstruction Project of Bailonggang WWTP in Shanghai

摘要 介绍了世界第二、亚洲最大的污水处理厂——上海市白龙港城市污水处理厂升级改造工程自控系统的设计,包括自控系统的拓扑结构、通讯网络、中央控制室的布置等,并介绍了自控系统的监视控制、报警处理及事故处理、数据存储报表产生等系统功能。实践经验得出,双环网通讯网络拓扑结构可进一步保障自控系统的安全可靠性能,生物工艺智能优化系统有利于污水厂稳定达标和节能减排,生物池曝气控制系统的应用可以克服传统PID控制带来的响应滞后和控制值振荡等问题。 The design of automatic control system in the upgrading reconstruction project of Bail- onggang WWTP, ranked the second in the world and the first biggest WWTP in the Asia, is introduced including the topologic structure, communication network, layout of central control room and so on. The system functions like monitoring control, warning and accident processing, data storage and report are also presented. It is concluded that the topologic structure of double ring net communication network can further guarantee the security and reliability of automatic control system, and the bioprocess intelligent optimization system (BIOS) helps the effluent meet the discharge standard and reduce energy consump- tion. The bioprocess aeration control system (BACS) can overcome the response lag, the vibration of control values and other issues brought by the traditional PID control.
